Healthy Recipes

Preparation time is short if you use a food processor fitted with a shred blade.
Diet Types: Low Calorie, Vegetarian
Ingredients:
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 1/8 head green cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 small red cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Serves: 4
    Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes
    Instructions:
    Place all vegies in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over slaw and toss to coat thoroughly. Chill at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend.
