Healthy Recipes

Use fresh strawberries when they are in season.
Diet Types: Dairy Free, Low Fat, Low Sodium, Vegan, Vegetarian
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • Two 10 ounce packages frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • sugar to taste
  • ice cubes
  • Ginger ale to top punch
  • Serves: 4
    Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes
    Instructions:
    Combine first four ingredients in a blender. Whirl to consistency of thick slush. Place 2 ice cubes in each glass. Fill 3/4 full of fruit slush. Fill remainder with ginger ale.
